Michael produced another lovely loaf this week (so much for the biscuit season!): banana and walnut.
Amazingly, there was a piece saved for me on Tuesday and I'm glad there was. The moist, crumbly, light loaf was a lovely pick-me-up for elevenses.
Not overwhelmingly bananary but it didn't take away from the overall experience.
